1. Walk straight, look forward like your head is up and no looking down.
2. Raise you chest and keep your shoulders relaxed.
3. Swing your arms front to back and swing your arms faster and your feet will follow. Do not swing elbows higher than your breast bone. Don’t keep your arms stiff bend it slightly less than ninety degree angle.
4. Tilt your pelvis slightly forwards and tighten your abs and buttocks
5. Avoid taking larger steps, to go faster, take smaller faster steps.
6. Make sure your heel is landing and push off with your toes.
7. In order to get the maximum amount of oxygen through your system breathe naturally and as you walk, take deep, rhythmic breaths. And the important thing is that walk fast enough that your breathing is increased.
8. And avoid partners while going for walking.
